Reach us at (317) 667-7779 or through the contact form. We reply within one business day and schedule a visit that fits your calendar.
On-site consultation
Gary visits, measures, photographs and listens. We talk honestly about budget ranges, timing and what is realistic for your home.
Written estimate
Within about five business days you receive an itemized estimate with materials, allowances, exclusions and a proposed schedule.
Selections & contract
We help you pick cabinets, tile, shingles or fixtures, then sign a clear contract with a milestone payment schedule.
Permits & ordering
We submit permits and order materials early to avoid delays. You get a confirmed start date.
Construction
Your project manager runs the site, sends daily updates and coordinates inspections. Change orders are always written and approved first.
Final walkthrough
We review every detail together, finish the punch list and hand over warranties, lien waivers and care instructions.
Follow-up
We check in at 30 days and 11 months. If anything is not right, we come back and fix it.
Fair, milestone-based payments
We never ask for the full amount up front. A typical schedule is a deposit at signing, progress payments as phases are completed, and a final payment after your walkthrough is signed off.
